Restaurant Vienna Palace is a prestigious upscale restaurant in the heart of Vienna, Austria, serving classic Austrian and European cuisine to a discerning clientele. We are seeking an accomplished Restaurant Chef.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily kitchen operations and manage kitchen staff
- Prepare and execute seasonal Austrian and European menus
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation
- Manage kitchen costs, purchasing, and stock control
- Maintain compliance with Austrian food safety regulations
Requirements
- Lebanese Passport Required
- Minimum 4 years experience as a chef in a quality restaurant
- Strong leadership and organisation skills
- Good conduct and professional attitude
- Good English communication; German is an advantage
