About the Role
Restaurant Chez Antoine is a celebrated fine dining restaurant in Brussels, Belgium. We are looking for a skilled Assistant Chef to support our head chef and contribute to the preparation of high-quality dishes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking under the head chef's direction
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
- Follow kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Help maintain kitchen inventory and manage waste
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
Requirements
- Lebanese Passport Required
- Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience
- Passion for gastronomy and attention to detail
- Good conduct and professional attitude
- Basic English or French communication skills
