About the Role
Brasserie Le Marais is a well-established French restaurant in the heart of Paris, seeking an experienced Restaurant Chef to lead our kitchen. You will oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure exceptional food quality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of French and Mediterranean dishes to a high standard
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during service
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards
- Assist in menu development and ingredient sourcing
- Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food waste
Requirements
- Lebanese Passport Required
- Minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good conduct and professional attitude
- Basic English or French communication skills preferred
