About the Role
Pâtisserie Élégance is a renowned pastry shop in Paris, famous for its French cakes, macarons, and desserts. We are looking for a Pastry Assistant to support our head pastry chef.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of cakes, pastries, and desserts
- Decorate and present pastry products to a high standard
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately following recipes
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the pastry kitchen
- Assist with stock taking and ingredient orders
Requirements
- Lebanese Passport Required
- Passion for baking and pastry arts
- Experience in baking or pastry is an advantage
- Attention to detail and creative mindset
- Good conduct and professional attitude
