About the Role
Brasserie Bruges is a well-known restaurant in the historic city of Bruges, Belgium, serving Belgian and international cuisine to a loyal local and tourist clientele. We seek an experienced Restaurant Chef to take charge of our kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute seasonal menus using fresh, local ingredients
- Lead and motivate the kitchen brigade
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
- Manage food costs, ordering, and stock control
- Uphold strict food hygiene and safety standards
Requirements
- Lebanese Passport Required
- Minimum 3 years experience as a chef
- Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good conduct and professional attitude
- Basic English or French preferred
