About the Role
Mykonos Blue Hotel is a luxury resort on the beautiful island of Mykonos, Greece, attracting guests from across the globe. We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Chef to lead our main restaurant kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute Mediterranean and international menus
- Lead a team of cooks and kitchen assistants
- Ensure all dishes meet the hotel's high quality standards
- Manage kitchen stock, purchasing, and waste control
- Maintain full compliance with food hygiene regulations
Requirements
- Lebanese Passport Required
- Minimum 4 years experience as a chef, ideally in a hotel environment
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Good conduct and professional attitude
- Good English communication skills
