About the Role
Pâtisserie Hellenic is a stylish pastry shop in Athens, combining French and Greek pastry traditions to create unique and beautiful desserts. We are looking for a Pastry Assistant with a passion for baking.
Responsibilities
- Assist the head pastry chef in preparing cakes, pastries, and desserts
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately
- Decorate finished products to a high aesthetic standard
- Keep the pastry kitchen clean, hygienic, and well-organised
- Assist with stock management and ordering
Requirements
- Lebanese Passport Required
- Enthusiasm for baking and a creative eye for detail
- Previous baking or pastry experience is an advantage
- Good conduct and professional attitude
- Basic English preferred
